The journey of our women's football team began with a historic 2-1 win over Zamalek in the first-ever women's Cairo derby. 

Our striker Charity Reuben wrote her name in the history books as the first goalscorer in the women's derby history when she broke the deadlock in the final minutes of the first half. 

Reuben doubled the lead in the second half with a beautiful header to make the score 2-0. 

Zamalek narrowed the gap with a goal from a direct free kick but our players stood their ground in the remaining minutes to secure their first win in the season.
